Cobweb  is a PoE-powered PWM dimmer that controls two independent indicators via sACN and can take a contact closure to send OSC or UDP messages back on the network.

Cobweb can be powered via PoE 802.3af Class 0, or 48V DC passive PoE.  It can also be powered by plugged 24-48V DC into the phoenix terminal adjacent to the ethernet jack.  The input power is polarity free.
The outputs A and B have regulated 12V DC constantly on, and switch the 0V leg.  These outputs are labeled on the PCB.
